A Palco man died Tuesday night after a one-vehicle accident southwest of Palco. Everett John McKenna, 63, was southbound on Rooks County Road 2 at about 5:40 p.m. Tuesday when his Ford pickup left the roadway, entered the east ditch and started to skid.
